When the platform prompts a message that reads "invalid access code", it could be due to one or more of the following reasons:
- Firstly, it may be because you've already completed the survey, which prevents you to reconnect to the online survey platform with your access code. Each survey can only be completed once.
- Secondly, You might be entering an incorrect code. please try copying and pasting the code and ensure CAPS is off.
- Thirdly, If you forwarded your email containing your unique access code to others, someone else might have completed your survey through your link. In this case, please send us an email at survey@epsi-inc.com as soon as possible.
