If you did not receive an email to participate in the survey, this could be due to one or more of the following reasons:
- Firstly, we recommend verifying if you might have deleted the email accidentally. This happens often. But don't worry! We will send reminder emails with your survey links throughout the survey period.
- We also recommend that you check your Spam, your system may consider the email as spam.
- If you joined the organization recently or were in a leave of absence, your email address might have been excluded from the list accidentally. If this is the case, please notify us immediately. We will verify your information with your Human Resources department before sending you an invitation to participate.
- If none of the above reasons apply, please contact us and we will investigate.
